Shipping Policy

At ARKNVIE, it is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.

 

Cancellation

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind after placing your order, please contact Customer Services to cancel your order, and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it, providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information.

Please note that when you place an online order as a guest user (without signing in or creating an account), you will not be able to cancel your purchase online.

Return

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if we notice an unusual and/or suspicious number of returns of products.

The products you purchased online can be exchanged or returned.
Please make sure to have your invoice (received by email or available to download from your online account), and an ARKNVIE staff member will assist with processing your return by post.

All products must be returned to us, unused and with all ARKNVIE tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in good condition and in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice, within the timelines stipulated above.

We will not accept any returns for products if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted. Original shipping and handling costs, including COD fees, are non-refundable unless the items are defective or damaged.

Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted.

For all claims regarding the refund of the paid amounts, just call our Customer Service, who will be happy to assist you.

Exchange

At this time, Exchanges are not available for online purchases.
